Aon plc (NYSE: AON) launched a new multiline insurance solution on Sept. 28, 2026, targeting conventional gas power projects that support the growing demands of digital infrastructure. The Power Lifecycle Program offers coverage of up to $2.5 billion, spanning both construction and operational phases of eligible projects.
The Dublin-based professional services firm positioned the program as a response to rising electricity demand driven by data centers and other digital infrastructure buildout. By bundling coverage across a project's full lifespan, Aon aims to give utility and digital infrastructure clients a more integrated risk management tool than traditional single-line policies provide.
