Broadridge DLR Hits $7.5 Trillion in Repo Volume for September
Broadridge's Distributed Ledger Repo platform posted $359 billion in average daily volume in September 2026, underscoring growing institutional adoption.
Broadridge Financial Solutions reported that its Distributed Ledger Repo platform processed $7.5 trillion in total repo transactions during September 2026, with average daily volume reaching $359 billion, the company announced October 8 from New York.
The figures reflect sustained institutional confidence in blockchain-based repo infrastructure, a segment Broadridge has cultivated as traditional financial firms seek faster settlement and greater collateral efficiency. The DLR platform operates at a scale that places it among the largest distributed-ledger financial networks by notional volume.

Alongside the September volume disclosure, Broadridge also announced the launch of DLX, a new product built on the foundation established by DLR. The company did not detail the full feature set of DLX in the announcement, but positioned it as an extension of the institutional-grade capabilities the existing platform has developed.
Broadridge, listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BR and described as a global fintech leader, has made distributed ledger infrastructure a central part of its capital markets strategy. The DLR announcement signals that the firm views September's record activity as a launchpad for further expansion rather than a plateau.
