DDB Capital Seeks Land Deals With Homebuilders Across Southeast
DDB Capital Fund LLC is opening acquisition and entitlement partnerships for residential land in Alabama, Georgia and the broader Southeast region.
DDB Capital Fund LLC announced Wednesday it is actively soliciting homebuilders who own, control or have identified residential land parcels in Alabama, Georgia and surrounding Southeast states to explore acquisition and entitlement partnerships, according to a statement released from the fund's Alpharetta, Georgia headquarters.
The fund's outreach signals continued institutional appetite for undeveloped or pre-entitled residential land in the Southeast, a region that has drawn sustained population growth and housing demand in recent years. By targeting builders directly, DDB Capital appears positioned to move quickly on deals where landholders have already done preliminary groundwork on sites.

DDB Capital did not disclose target deal sizes, fund capitalization or specific metro markets within the covered states in its public announcement.
