Sun Life U.S. Joins Rippling Preferred Carrier Program for SMB Benefits
Sun Life U.S. has entered Rippling's Preferred Carrier Program, aiming to streamline benefits administration for small and mid-market employers.
Sun Life U.S., a Wellesley, Massachusetts-based provider of employee and government benefits, has been added to Rippling's Preferred Carrier Program, the companies announced October 21, 2026. The partnership is designed to give small and medium-sized businesses a more integrated experience when managing employee benefits through the Rippling platform.
The arrangement expands the roster of insurers available to employers using Rippling's workforce management software, reducing friction in benefits enrollment and administration. Small and mid-market companies, which often lack dedicated benefits staff, stand to gain the most from tighter connectivity between carrier data and HR systems.
