mF International Exits Legacy Trading to Go All-In on Digital Assets
mF International is winding down its traditional financial trading unit and pivoting fully to a digital asset strategy backed by a large Bitcoin Cash holding.
Hong Kong-based mF International Limited (NASDAQ: MFI) announced it will shut down its legacy financial trading operations to concentrate entirely on a digital asset-centered business model, the company said Thursday.
The strategic shift is underpinned by a substantial cryptocurrency position: as of October 15, 2026, mF International held 678,922 Bitcoin Cash (BCH), a reserve that the company appears to be positioning as the cornerstone of its restructured balance sheet and forward-looking growth plan.

By winding down the legacy unit, management indicated the company can redirect capital, staffing, and executive attention toward its digital asset strategy without the operational drag of maintaining a traditional trading infrastructure. The company did not disclose a timeline for completing the wind-down of legacy operations.
